The second quarter of 2022 saw dynamic performance among the top 5 co-op games on the iOS platform in the United States. Here’s a closer look at how each game fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Apex Legends Mobile by Electronic Arts had a strong start with weekly downloads peaking at approximately 1.9M during its release week in mid-May. However, downloads gradually decreased to around 244K by the end of June. The game’s weekly revenue followed a similar trend, starting at $1M in mid-May and declining to $212K by the end of the quarter. Active users peaked at 2.2M in the second week but dropped to 832K by late June.

Roblox from Roblox Corporation maintained a consistent performance. Weekly downloads increased from 255K in mid-May to 366K by the end of June. Revenue showed a steady upward trend, starting at $5M and ending at $6.3M. Active users also saw a steady rise from 9.5M in mid-May to 10.7M by the end of June.

Diablo Immortal by Blizzard Entertainment had an impressive debut with 2.7M downloads in its launch week at the end of May. Downloads then significantly dropped to 111K by the end of June. Revenue peaked at $2.5M in early June and gradually decreased to $1.6M by the end of the quarter. Active users also declined from 2.1M in early June to 1M by the end of the month.

Call of Duty®: Mobile from Activision Publishing saw stable weekly downloads, starting at approximately 134K in mid-May and ending at 147K in late June. Revenue ranged from $1.4M to $2.4M, showing fluctuations throughout the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 2.6M during the period.

Among Us! by InnerSloth LLC experienced a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting at 122K in mid-May and reaching 166K by the end of June. Revenue remained modest, fluctuating between $5K and $8K. Active users grew steadily from 612K in mid-May to 700K by the end of June.
